PSCLSCA: Protein SubCellular Localization based on Sequences and for Comparative Analysis

NanDeSyn website adds a new tool PSCLSCA (http://nandesyn.single-cell.cn/pscl) to predict subcellular localization for proteins.

PSCLSCA is based on HA-TCN (Hierarchical Attention-based Temporal Convolutional Network) and dataset augmentation, the accuracy on test dataset is 75.6%.
