Gene locus nomenclature for N. oceanica IMET1 (IMET1v2):
For nuclear genes: NO (Nannochlropsis oceanica); 01,02,03-30 (chromosome number); G (gene); 01230 (five-digit code, the first four-digit is numbered from top/north to bottom/south of chromosome, the last 0 is reserved for new locus).
Mitochondrial and chloroplast genes were retrieved from Genbank (accessions KC568456.1 and KC598086.1) and prefixed with "mt-" and "cp-" respectively.
